The Scheme of Literary Analysis

  1. No doubt, the story ends as the reader expects /Frankly speaking, it seems to me, that the story doesn’t end as the reader expects & if I were the author of the story, it would end in such away...
  2. I think, the title of the story is quite appropriate- подходящее, because it reflects the main idea of it... /gives quite a definite understanding what is the story about.
  3. While portraying characterizes the author both direct- прямой(the author himself characterizes personages) & indirect - косвенныйmethod of depicting characters, (the characters are characterized with their speech, actions, appearance & so on)
  4. It seems to me, that the author admires - восхищается/feels sympathy to/mocks at-смеется/praises-восхваляет/ blames- стыдит/ his main character. You can see it in such lines of the story...
  5. To sum it all up, I liked the story. It is very informative - содержательный& has a lot of mew words & expressions /It is very instructive - поучительный& easy to read /The language is authentic - авторский, оригинальный& the plot keeps the reader in tension - внапряженииfrom the beginning to end /I read the story with unflagging - неослабевающийinterest. /The author favors involved plots - любитзапутанныесюжеты& I was impressed with interesting treatment of the subject. – интересной трактовкой темы /I liked truthful, life-like representation of the characters & vivid description of scenery – яркое описание пейзажа, декораций./ I didn’t like the text, because it seems to me, that it lacks in action - нехватаетдинамизма& sometimes it is even boring - нудный.
